ix) Student need to inform the instructor upon cancellation of class is confirmed, at least 2 hours in advance (for bad weather/feeling unwell). Arrangement of make-up lessons will have to be schedule directly to the instructor availability.
*If instructor have reached at the venue, lesson is considered as 1 lesson. Not entertained for any last minute cancellation.
x) Student is allow to have only 1x cancellation per term, regardless of any reasons.
xii) Private group classes will be conducted as per scheduled, absentees are to forfeit any lesson missed. Private group may also decide to arrange for make-up lesson or cancel the class as a whole group if necessary. All above T&C for bad weather & cancellations charges apply.

Fees shall be paid on the first lesson of the month (4 lessons) by cash only.

When student will be absent from lesson for a period of one month. (Example: Holidays more than a month).
To retain the same timing or instructor's slot, a 50% course fee per month would be charge, replacement lessons will be subjected to instructor's availability.

Weather and Safety Precautions
Swimming instructors and the pool authority reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the swimming lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reason.
Due to any unforeseen circumstances, once the swimming lesson has commenced and has to be called off in the middle of the lesson due to safety precaution, our coaches will conduct land-based lesson such as land-drills exercise, water safety theory or Q&A session instead of usual practical lessons.

cancelled as long as PSI hits 200 (very unhealthy range).

Relief
of Swimming Instructor
In any event of unforeseen circumstances, the swim school reserve their rights to send a relief swimming instructor should your swimming instructor be
unavailable.

Equipment
Student is required to have the necessary swimming equipment
such as swimming gear, goggles, kick board, swim cap.
Responsibility
We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out
of any injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or any loss of life while
attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a
result of such claims.
Termination
Student is required to give at least one month notice before
withdrawing from lessons.
